Yes, it does exist - I have seen it. I'm not wanting to pre-empt their grand opening so at present the location remains a secret, but I can tell you this: It is nearly finished, the desk is in and it is an SSL Duality. There is very nice rack gear too. As for the recording space it is large enough for almost anything, and there are two good sized booths. Proper acoustic design has been done, so overall it will be a great place to track and/or mix in.
