The Beatles on vinyl again

EMI has just released the entire Beatles album collection on 180 gm vinyl. This is the same material as the CD box set, and also includes a book. The pressing is limited to 50,000 copies.
They are also available as individual albums, and the early ones will also be released in mono on vinyl next year.

Too good to resist - I have just finished listening to them. 14 albums (16 discs in all). They were taken from the digital transfers that were used for the 2009 CD box set. This gives a sound that is still analogue, yet has more clarity than the original LPs. There is no compression added. I found them quite euphonic, for the most part.
I hunted through the box for the Hey Jude album. It turns out that there was no such LP in the UK (it is a compilation of singles, plus two songs from A Hard Days Night).
